Need to cancel Xbox Game Pass Subscription: MS Virtual Agent won't connect me to a live person

There should be an option to cancel completely on account.microsoft.com under services and subscription. Otherwise you can contact support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX or continue to try support.xbox.com/contact-us and skip the virtual agent.
