also, my credit card on record is EXPIRED, and somehow, they continue to charge my NEW credit card with billing! how do they even know what my information is??

Was your Microsoft acccount used to make these purchases or did they just use your credit card on another account?

If it was not, then you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charges to block them as well.

This is because access is mandatory to get any type of refund from Xbox´s side

It is charged to my phone bill, not from my debit/credit card, so not sure how much use cancelling the card will be

No, I use to have a credit card on my account, and I canceled it free of charge. They don't charge you for canceling your account, whoever told you that misinfomred you. All you have to do is call Xbox support and tell them you want to remove the credit
card on file. Is their anything else we can help you with today?
