need to access epic games thur Xbox

Hello Al, to access your Epic account you have to do it from the PC in a browser or through the Epic launcher.

You need to know that the account you use on Xbox and is linked to Epic is the same one you used to log into Epic's platform.

oh ok. but on Epic Games it didn't mention that you also need to pay for EA subscription fee to access NFS Unbound via Epic Games.

this is still an epic issue, as the game is theirs and running on their servers then only epic can assist with this issue, microsoft cannot help with this as they do not have access to the epic accounts and servers, you would need to open a ticket with epic.

I'm sorry but Epic needs to help you with their game, especially on non-Microsoft platforms. Microsoft has no ability to access your account on EPic's servers

Hi I'm an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Microsoft or Xbox.

in order to unlink an Xbox account from an epic games account you will need to have access to the epic games account email and password.

if you have both of these you will need to sign in to epic games either on a computer or an mobile device and access your account settings

this can be accomplished using the following steps

1. go to https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/

2. sign into account connected to your Xbox account

3. hover/press on account name and click or press account

4. press/ click apps and accounts

5. press/click remove on your Xbox account, you will be required to sign into your Xbox account in order for this to work.

If you don't have access to this account, but do have access to your email that was used to create the new epic games account, you might be able to get epic games to remove the connection by contacting them here: https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/contact-us
