Need support with deposit issue.

Hey there. So I purchased a new Xbox One to take advantage of the 50,000 rewards points offer. I received the points but I timed the purchase so that I could use the converted rebate to purchase items on the Black Friday sale. The purchase wasn't processed
as fast as I expected it to be on rewards.xbox.com so I was hoping to get the points deposited before the sale ends.

When will my points be added?

You would need to post in the support section of this forum so support can look into it for you. You should have had several deposits over the past few months so there may be an issue with your account.

 

A problem with my account...still

Hi Staalker. The current issue still does not have a resolution, and we are still receiving the deposit error when we attempt a deposit. Unfortunately, the Rewards program customer service team cannot manually deposit your Credits into your Microsoft account.
We will need to reach out Microsoft Support to do that. We are escalating your case for a manual deposit.

 

The next deposit for this month takes place on the 24th. So depending on when your credits became pending, that would be the soonest they will be deposited.

As Smwutches says, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to be processed. Since your Credits were placed as pending on the 11th, they should be a part of your end of the month deposit occurring shortly.
