Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Yes EVERYTHING will transfer over you just need to get ahold of xbox customer support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

The phone number for Canada/USA is 1-800-469-9269. If you're in a different region, the option to contact Support by phone is available only for certain options in the contact Xbox Support menu. For instance, if you click
Other under Account Management, you'll be offered the option to receive a call from Xbox Support.
