    Need support for rewards level. reached the net amount for level 4 but downgraded to level 3


    Hello Support Team,

    as written in title I spend the needed net amount for reaching Level 4 but I was downgraded to 3. As I addtionally spend 3000-4000 Euro in MS store with Hardware I am a bit suprised. I know that this does not Count for reawards but the net amount here was
    alreday high enough. Please can you help`? I can also provide an Excel showing all my sales.

    You need to spend $1200 before the next reset to reach level 4.

    Yes, if you don't spend that amount (or the amount needed for level 3), you can drop to a lower level.

    Microsoft Rewards Page Leveling and Discounts on Rewards

    The Answer given by me and my friend is the leveling system we really enjoy the discounts off certain rewards when you reach level 2 its great to get the discounts but in all honesty I think it would be better if you guys had more
    levels higher than 2 ..so say for instance you are at level 1 for a while and reach the amount needed for level 2 you must stay there for at least 1 week then after you reach level 2 and you can then reach the required amount of points earned for the next
    level , level 3 then you stay at level 3 by maintaining the amount of points needed but if you spend the points you stay at level 3 but in order to proceed to level 4 if you spent it you must regain the amount spent plus 100 more points and this goes for all
    levels and it keeps going but the discount percentage increases by 0.5% each time you level up ... and maybe to better interest people in getting into Microsoft Rewards you could do that and if you could make this happen I am absolutely sure people will enjoy
    using Microsoft Rewards as much as I do ...Just reply if possible you guys think this would be great or if you guys think this would be a good idea or if you liked my feedback. Thank You .

    We see that you were placed at the correct level. Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Your pre-orders of FIFA 16, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Quantum Break, and Halo Wars 2 were not eligible for MyVIP
    progress, as stated in our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Not exactly. You've got the amount per level correct, but once you reach level 1, you need to spend another $300 to get to $700. Then another $500 to get to $1200, etc. Basically to get to level 5, you need to spend a total of $2800 in a year, not $7100.
    But your progress resets each year. So say you are at level 4 when ranks reset, instead of spending another $800 to reach level 5, you would need to spend at least $2000 before the next reset in order to stay at level 4 or spent $2800 to reach level 5.

    To reach level 10, in total you must earn 94 skill points. Since each skill point requires 1,000 xp to unlock, you will need 94,000 xp to reach level 10. This should not be too hard if you complete the story and some side missions.

    The number of skill points it take to go from level to level is:

    Level 1- 0

    Level 2- 4

    Level 3- 4

    Level 4- 8

    Level 5- 10

    Level 6- 10

    Level 7- 10

    Level 8- 15

    Level 9- 15

    Level 10- 18

    In conclusion, this should be a simple unlock if you are going for the rest of the achievements in this game.
