Need some help with my account

You would have to go through and report them and hope a mod deletes them. Here is no way for you to do it yourself.

You may go to http://account.live.com and check your adress information there.

Also be sure to have the correct country settings when using the xbox.com website as the locale used there is affecting the adress / zip codes available when changing the adress of your account.

@xNoyZx - You will need to contact XBOX Support for your region for any changes to account information such as a parental e-mail now being on the account when it wasn't. Unfortunately there's no one that would be able to take that off for you but they might
be able to help you out with finding out what the e-mail is, and it's quite possible that the e-mail was on there by you or someone that was using the account at anytime. Usually a parental e-mail is only put on the account when the account is first opened
as it goes by the date of birth of the person signing up for the account if they are considered too young to join themselves.

Here's the thing. This is the same exact account i've had since xbox live first came out on the original xbox. I Never had to put in a parents e-mail. After my account was hacked and I got it back this child account thing is locked and I get a family pack
error code when I try to promote it and when I try to switch stuff I get some *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I have never been apart of a family pack for xbl. My account was 100% just fine until all of this happened and it's taken almost 6 months so far and it's still in shambles.

Hey xNoyZx - we can definitely understand the frustration. We would echo Hassassinade's recommendation that you contact Phone Support in your region so that they can help you remove the lock on your account.
