Need some help. I have just purchased the Hauppauge 950Q Tuner

I purchased the Hauppauge 950Q tuner. My Xbox is still not showing tuner installed. When I go through setup it asks me to plug in tuner.

If you have a TV tuner plug it in, which I did.

I have tried all 3 USB ports I have Reset X-Box and after xbox starts it still does not find Tuner.

I also looked at video and followed instructions on web-site.

I was wondering do you still need to part of the Preview Program to get software update. I am running OS version xb_rel-1505 updated May 20, 2015

If anyone out there has an invite to share I would appreciate it.

Hauppauge 950Q & Xbox One

Has anyone had any luck with getting the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 950Q to work with their Xbox One? I know the dedicated tuner is out, but I already own the 950Q. I would rather not have to buy a new device After springing for the Xbox

 

OTA USB TV TUNER SUPPORT

It would be nice to be able to plug in a usb ota hdtv tuner into the xbox one and use that for people who ony have internet and don't subscribe to a tv package. something like.

The 955Q is supported in the Preview. However, I have the 955Q and the May update do not support it. Also, Microsoft's Xbox Support page as of yesterday afternoon has removed any information regarding the 955Q and replaced it with "The Official Xbox One
TV Tuner". So I can only assume Microsoft is back pedaling leaving those of us excited and purchased ahead of time when Larry told us to, out in the cold having to buy another device.

I also purchased the 955Q as that is what Microsoft said to buy. Nowit is no longer supported?! Please fix this.
