    Need Some Help....2 Xbox's not working


    Late in July, my Day One Xbox One updated and got the black screen issue. I spent some time doing the resets but eventually the system would not even fully come on. I've tried several of the hard reset methods and have not had any luck. I'm not sure what else i can try or do or if anyone has any tips it would be a great help.

    My Xbox One S was working the other day and went to turn if off and my son told it was blinking a lot and then stopped. I went to turn it on last night and it sat on the green screen for about 15 or so minutes. Once it got to the sign in screen, i was able to enter 2 of my 6 digit passcode and it froze. I left it sit for a while. It didn't do anything so i finally held the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off. I waited a bit and tried to turn the system back on and it would not turn on. The light would come on and after about a minute it would go back off. It would stay on the input display the entire time.

    Any tips or help would be helpful. Both systems are in i think the alpha or beta ring. I was hoping to have one of the systems up by Saturday evening
