    Need Shipping Waiver from Ontario, Ca


    I ordered an xbox wireless headset through the xbox microsoft store and it started off fine with the shipping but has now been frozen for a month. I contacted fedex to file a claim but they are saying i need a shipper waiver, how do i get one if the product came from ontario, ca. please help me out because the headset was quite pricey and i have not received it and the tracking has been frozen for a month.
