    Need replacement controller but the site won't load


    I have a faulty controller and the garbage options on the Xbox One were less than helpful, decided to just send it back and hopefully get a fixed one. Go to the Xbox Support website to be met with this circle going for about 5ish minutes. Have turned off ad-blockers and ghostery and even opened edge for the first time, same result. Any ideas, this is beyond annoying and almost seems like support evasion.

    I did what you said and registered my devices, but when I hit "Next" after describing my issue I still get redirected to the support page. The same support page that doesn't load. Is there any way around using a nonfunctional website?

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

    If already done, then what about using an inPrivate window?

    Mohammed, thank you for your answer. I would love to but you see I can't actually access the website. The logo is still spinning and nothing has loaded so the website isn't an option unfortunately.
