    The Microsoft Store decided to remove my version of COD: Modern Warfare and I no longer have access to my game. I look inside my games and apps, it's gone, I look at the stuff I have hidden from my games and apps, It's gone. I look in the Microsoft store,
    it says I need to repurchase the game. I look on Microsoft.com and check my purchases, it says I purchased the game, however when you access the hyperlink to see the game in the store, it says that it is "UNAVAILABLE." This is absolutely insane. I have called
    Microsoft, I have done the "troubleshoots," too many of them to be honest. They do not work. I have tried contacting Customer Support, and they straight up closed the case and did not even bother replying to my urgency. What do I need to do, who do I need
    to contact to get this resolved!? I really feel like I'm getting purchased digital content stolen and taken away from me with no response.

    Is there an issue when you try contacting support that wont let you talk to them? Best is to keep trying their customer support number 18004myxbox and it would also help if you had any statements showing the double purchase in case they have a reference

    You can cancel the account, not delete it. Just contact Microsoft by using their support phone number or talk to a Microsoft Representative by a Online Chat.

    @Gary Killer15, That is what I originally thought. The problem is, a Xbox Live Customer support representative told me specifically to put my thread in forum #14, Accounts Banned, with a reference to the phone call and a list of the players that I have received
    messages from soliciting modified lobbies. I even provided the admins in said forum the reference number for the phone call as proof.

    I suppose my next step is getting on linked in and contacting DMZilla and MajorNelson, as I said.

    There is no contact number for the Xbox Enforcement Team.

    You can try and reach them through a Case Review. See #6
