    Hey everyone, I'm currently enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program and my console is running build 10.0.26100.3363 (xb_flt_2502ge.250226-2215). Unfortunately, my console ran into an issue and I tried using both OSU1 and OSU2 to recover it, but neither worked — I now realize that’s because they only support the retail builds. I contacted Microsoft support, but they redirected me here, saying they can't provide OSU files for Insider builds.

    Is there any way to get an OSU that works with this Insider version, or any other method to recover my console without waiting for the next update or leaving the program (which I can’t do from the console right now)? Any help is appreciated!

    There are no OSU files available for Insider builds. You have to wait for the public build to catch up with the build that is on the console.

    Xbox Insider builds do not have OSU files. Chances are you won't get your Insider Xbox working, without the original HDD. It is also a code of conduct violation to "tamper" with your Xbox.

    Hi, there is no offline update file for preview builds. As your OS version is newer than any of those OSU files you're a bit stuck. Maybe ask on the insider reddit ?
