    I'm not quite sure how the Oracle works.

    Oracle is excellent in domination, calling it out in the last few moments can save your team.

    FYI the new 52 has not debunked her as Oracle...Just before Flashpoint there was a story in Bird of Prey that was the Death of Oracle...Babs basically sidelined herself and gave the job of Oracle to Wendy Mertz (aka Firewall).
