    The codes that were emailed to me are no longer working, and I am not able to use them to redeem my groove music credit of 6 months, can you please resend? let me know what info is needed?

    According to the Groove Music and Spotify: FAQ

    "I bought a Groove Music Pass and haven’t redeemed it. What are my options?

    As of October 2, 2017, you can no longer redeem your Groove Music Pass. Microsoft will offer 120% of the value of your unused pre-paid Groove Music Pass as store credit to spend at the Microsoft Store. If you haven’t redeemed your pass yet and want to get
    your credit, contact customer support."

    Since this is technically a Prepaid Groove Music Pass, you won't be able to redeem it and you'll need to contact our chat teams for assistance.

    You can contact Official Xbox Support through the live chat option

    Hi there,

    It is not often that an subscription code will be expired but it does happen if the seller sold you a promotional code they received as part of something else. Pre-paid codes you buy from an official retailer or from the Microsoft Store online never expire,
    but promotional codes won or offered as part of a deal with something else do expire. You will need to get with the person who gifted you the code to ask for a replacement or ask where they purchased it from and get a replacement from them.

    1 year since I waited for my promotional points (4th post)

    pretty sure points like that are promotional and do have expiration dates MS is not responsible for points that are not spent on stuff before they expire and so they will not resend any codes for new points if the old ones have expired and if they are expired
    that may be why they are coming up invalid when you try to redeem them.
