    Need my pending rewards transferred so I can spend them.


    I have 34500 credits stuck that I would love to redeem. I am instructed to update my info which is accurate but I have credits stuck from December still. Same thing happened at the end of last year but was resolved. Funny thing is my info is the same but
    all credits since are stuck.

    pending points

    so ihave had pending points and i want to get them transferred into currency the trouble is i have NO DATE under the pending points... i repeat NO DATE ... i need this rectified and my pending points transferred immediately

    Can't deposit my reward credits.

    Had 50k rewards points deposited into my account on the 13th.

    They're supposed to be transferred on the 15th, so I waited.

    They are still not transferred on the 17th. The page says "Tired of waiting? If you've got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below." but there is no such option.

    I would like my reward points transferred ASAP because I would like to use them to purchase TitanFall 2 which is currently on Sale for the next 4 days.

    Xbox Live Rewards

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Program Questions support forum.

    The Xbox Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are 2 separate programs, so it's not just the name changing. Offers from the Microsoft Rewards program are different. You'll earn Microsoft Rewards points for completing them and can use those points
    to redeem gift cards (for Live, Xbox, Amazon, etc.). Any credits you have pending on the program should be deposited this month. Otherwise, they will be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as their points.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that if you redeemed rewards credits, it takes about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending on your account so it would be too soon to see
    them pending.

    UPlay Double Time reward

    You need to goto uplay from the INGAME menu , then everything you have claimed can be transfered or downloaded directly to your xbox by choosing the rewards tab. You can also spend your reward points there too making the whole process alot easier
