I put in about Over 10+ hours of doing surveys for xbox live rewards and earned. No points. That's extremely upsetting. I 2would like to be reinburst my points for my time. Please and Thank you.

Recover lost or missing points. Years and thousands.

I've been a member for over 10 years accumulated 17850 points. Haven't spent any, was saving for higher quality items I'm the exchange. My statement shows claimed rewards, example- multiple 6000 point rewards. I would like to be able to spend these earned
points that I have earned. I would hate to have lost or wasted. Please help me out.

Xbox rewards are not resgistering my points that I should have from november

I was looking at my rewards statement for November, and it said I had earned 0 points and there was no points accumulated either. Im not sure what happened to my rewards or my xbox account but i would like help ASAP please. Thank you

You need to re-post your issue in the support forum. This is in the discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. As you are filling out a new post make sure to change the drop-down box from discussion to support.

Also, you will want to write out what your issue is because the photo you attempted to post is not loading and the staff will not be able to assist you.

Please bear in mind that Microsoft Rewards is available in many regions, but not all, and the rewards/offers may vary accordingly.

This is true. The Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox is replaced by the new Rewards hub. Xbox Rewards will remain part of the Microsoft Rewards program, and all points you earn on Xbox will continue in other parts of the program. To maximize your points and earn even more, be sure to check out the hub.

The 2 sets of points are not the same thing. The points on the Rewards app are how many points you've earned through the Rewards program. The points on the Xbox dashboard is your gamerscore. Gamerscore is earned by earning achievements in games.

Rewards points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have earned at least 100.
