    I'm in the same boat, pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition 10 days ago, and I have yet to receive my code.

    Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing in the link that you have provided as to what to do when a pre-order of a game fails to furnish you with your pre-order bonus code, so rather than just linking us to a useless page, an actual response as to what
    is going on here would be greatly appreciated.

    This is useless i'm about to go buy a PS4 and switch over to the PSN network. Atleast when they screwed up they admit they did it. Why wouldn't they take care of the people who actually pay their salaries ?!
