Need my 3.25 UAE dollars converted

i got 3.25 UAE dollars when i actually wanted US dollars. Please send or convert those UAE dollars into US because i need to buy that as tax for a game which ends in three says. I cant use those 3.25 dollars in UAE i will have to migrate. Even then it
will be of no use

I received an email recently stating my Microsoft points had been converted to about $33 USD. Where is that 33 dollars? My account shows 0 and I can't buy any games in the marketplace.

Once credits have been deposited, the Rewards program no longer has access to them. You can try contacting be support and speak to billing to see if they can do anything to transfer the funds, but generally they can't.

In order to have any future deposits converted to US currency, you would need to make sure your Xbox account and Rewards account are both set for the US.

Thank you for the help! But the weird thing is, it wouldn’t let me make a purchase while it was set to UAE and I did try to redeem the gift card again. So did my gift card which was USD somehow convert to UAE currency? Also, on the online microsoft webpage when I check my balance it does say 25 dollars USD. I was wondering if you know if CSV played a part in this? And also, I did get some type of message while trying to purchase the bundle on UAE. Would you like to see that message ? Although it’s in arabic.

Probably because you werentryingnthe previous version you need ton queue the remastered version

How ya figure that SPLAT??? 30 dollars is still 30 dollars IMO...Not much change there. Unless you need to convert your dollars to another currency or country or State online tax is an issue....... Just curious.
