Need LIVE billing help - No number, no email, no chat - customer service?

I took an offer of a FREE month of GOLD LIVE. I was unable to manage/cancel this 'FREE' month via my console and its suspiciously lacking ability to allow me to have any control or contact with Microsoft regarding my account.

I finally managed to cancel auto renewal online before the renewal date but, surprise - have been charged for another month and renewed. I would like this refunded and sorted for good.

I am unable to access the support 'chat' option - window pops up and tries to initiate handshake but then cancels due to too many account log on requests (lovely self-destructing system you have there, MS) and have no email or phone number for support.

You'd almost think it was designed this way to take your money and frustrate you with silence. I still remember when XBOX (back before the 360) valued its customers. I would like to think they still do.

I am in the UK and all I can find are old US numbers.

Xbox Live Customer Service Nightmare

You had better make sure that you have access to your email and/or your text messages if you want help from Xbox live. I tried to call them to get their help in a billing issue. They would not talk to me unless they had a customer code. I needed that billing issue sorted right then, as I really did not want an overdrawn bank account. I did not have access to my email and could not get the code! They refused to talk to me without it. I had to borrow a phone, and call my brother. He logged in to my email. I then had to relay the customer code from my brother to the agent. I like that they are secure, but the way they have it set up is sort of annoying. How do you feel about customer service?
