Need license transfer!

A license transfer will transfer all of your licenses. If you're using the same console you originally downloaded the content on, then you shouldn't need to do a license transfer.

You don't need the old console to do the license transfer. The license transfer will move the licenses to the new console.

wondering the same, i know that they pulled the licensing, so they are no longer allowing the download of the dlc, but is there a supplement disc or something that can be bought?

davemcfly85 is correct, the license transfer only transfers Microsoft account licenses on the same account. Once you are able to perform a license transfer again you will need to sign into the Microsoft account that made the purchases and download them
off of that gamertag. This is done to prevent unauthorized content transfers between accounts.
