Need helping leaving insider programme on a console I was given.

Did you create a bug report for the issue? This won’t resolve it right away, but it would help correct it in the next software update in a week or so.

As it’s something in the Xbox Insider preview, you would need to leave/opt out of it for the console to display normal text. Please see the official Xbox Insider Programme FAQ for the steps - specifically:

‘How to remove a single console from the Xbox Update Preview programme ‘ or if you want to leave the program completely, ‘I no longer wish to participate in the Xbox Update Preview or in another playtest or preview. How can I stop participating? ‘

Resetting your console may also help.

It should be back to normal once you’re on a public (non-Insider) OS version. If there’s still no difference, let me know and I’ll ask the team to see if there’s anything else you can do.

Since you are in the insider programm it could happen that there are some issues with the updates. The thing is that the updates here are prebuilds. A Part of the programm is find bugs and issues and report them. You could leave the insider programm if
you are not happy with "beta testing" updates.

Hi try removing the console from the insider programme then rebooting the console you can rejoin the insider programme if it works or not.

Hi there, have you joined the Insider programme? To access Flight Simulator 2020 Insider you need to be part of that programme. You can do that here if you have not, even though you are on PC.

Are you in the insider programme if you are remove your console from this then reboot it you can join the insider programme again this worked for me.
