    NEED HELP! "Your organization's policies prevent you from changing your primary alias."


    trying to change my primary alias but it wont let me. I tried a bunch of phone numbers for support but they would automatically hang up and the AI support bot seems to 0 help.

    It says "Your organization's policies prevent you from changing your primary alias.

    Since it is an old family account, I believe it is an account with the @xboxlivefamily.com domain, which has been causing this issue.

    If that is the case, your only option would be to try with support and see if they can manually change it because as far as I can remember there was not a fix for this.

    I tried but it says Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue. But ill keep trying thank you
