Need help. Xbox 1 original: no video output, turns off after 2 mins.

Hi mate according my info or experince u shoulz clear the system cacue 3tikds after that turn off ur console and turn it on after 1 or 2 mins then tdst ur network it will ask u to update then accept it try this may help u

I Have an Xbox 360 and it is well not working i just turn it on and in 1 min or 2 it shutdown's by itself i need help

Try a hard reset of the xbox hold down the powe button till it turns off then wait till your power brick light is orange when that happens turn the xbox back on if you have your xbox set to turn on your tv when u hard reset it it will not turn off your tv
so turn off your tv after the turn off the xbox it will take about 1 min to 2 min to come back on but when it ready it will turn the tv back on to

I do this after every game update of the xbox one because the xbox has internal problems clearing the cache and if it not clear u get all kind of problems and a hard reset fixs this

when this first came out... a lot of people asked for a turn of timer... instead of Xbox off y/n we need xbox off NOW/15 Min/30 Min/1 hour regardless of activity or not

Some times this falls on ur internet provider, but i will try help you to see if its on ur end.

If u have a lot of gadgets like me this is 1 spot u can start on. by turning off whats not being used, computers, tablets ect.....

1 TURN OFF COMPLETELY xbox

2 Turn off ROUTER

3 Turn off MODEM

Let it all stay off for a min. or 2.. THEN

1 TURN ON modem wait til modem have atleast 2 light on as far as ur net work not counting power.

2 TURN ON ur ROUTER wait 1 min. then

3 Turn on ur xbox try to make sure internet is ready B4 you sighn in.

with out restarting the router and modem once in a blue mood it will tend to let ur packets loss or bottle neck, restarting will help it get a fresh ip thus some times when this bit of info works u will notice extreme defference in speed. I do mine bout
every 2-3 months.

sign in then goto all settings-->NETWORK see if there is a service problem it should show below after connection under service status.
