Need help with xbox rewards

I went onto my rewards to see if I could hand them in and get rewarded money but iv not been on Xbox live rewards since 2013. when I signed up for xbox live rewards in 2013 to 1017 I have racked up 16,850 credits and for the life of me I cant seem to use
these credits or find were I can redeam them into money I need help?

Will I lose my Microsoft rewards points when Xbox live rewards takes over?

The Microsoft Rewards pogram is not changing. The Xbox Rewards program is turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. So you would not lose any Microsoft Rewards points.

Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site would list if any deposits have already taken place and when they took
place. When credits are deposited, they are deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency. You can verify your deposits at
Sign in to your Microsoft account

If you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

· Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account

· Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.

· Previous Month: Activity over the past month

· Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months

· Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.

You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

You can also confirm these deposits as usable currency in your Microsoft Account from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. As shown on your statement, all those Credits have been deposited, with the last being deposited in September 2016. Keep in mind that promotional currency expires one year after being placed into
a Microsoft Account.
