    I wanted to buy Xbox Game Pass in Microsoft Store For Windows 10, And I always get this message “We’re having trouble processing your payment…”

    not me only this happen to my friends too, I need help fixing this. Need help with Xbox Game pass :(

    As smwutches stated you can use the copy you have now, Just have the other person use their profile on your Xbox and you can sign in on your own account on PC. I do this with my kid all the time

    Also make sure you're using a credit card if you're trying to buy a specific promotion. Credit cards are required for promotions

    For billing issues, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing.

    Also, keep in mind that Game Pass is for the Xbox One and not all of the games will work with a PC.

    Unless you bought the game on disc, there would be no need to purchas Game Pass unless you just want other games. Just set your console as your Home, then your brother can access the game from his account and you can play on PC.
