Need help with xbox email

From the description provided it seems you are trying to organize or consolidate the Xbox account that both of your children use on each of their Xbox consoles.



You seem to be attempting a straightforward organizing of the Xbox consoles you bought for your children. So let us work together as a team to get to the bottom of this issue of yours. But to better assist you I need to ask:



1) Do you want both of your children's Xbox consoles to use the same email or account so that all games and associated charges are just in one account?



2) You don't want both of your children to use their own Xbox account or email, right?



If you answered yes to both questions above, please follow our Add or remove an Xbox profile guide to first add your preferred email to the second son's Xbox console. Once done remove the incorrect email. Photo of actual steps to follow from the guide are included below. Also added a YouTube video link for reference.

We appreciate the screenshot you have taken; however, it seems like it is not displaying any error message. Do you mind taking a screenshot when the error happens? Will it get fixed when you reload the site?

We tried to test this issue you were having as we went to Microsoft account | Your profile, uncheck and rechecking the boxes here only greyed out the save button.
