Need help with uploading video to Xbox live

It works with every video that I delete from Xbox Live. If I delete the video from Xbox Live, I can upload it via the Youtube app. Otherwise, I cannot upload via the Youtube app.

The only way is to use a PC with Windows 10, then download the video off onedrive, then launch the xbox app, and upload the video to xbox live using the app, once you have done that, you can edit the video using the upload studio app.

You need to edit your video. Once you have edited your video, you then see an option to upload it to OneDrive
