    Need help with the following error message when trying to play EA Games with Game Pass...


    I am having trouble playing EA Games with XBOX Ultimate Game Pass PC. I get the following message: "Something went wrong. To continue linking account head back and start over." My EA Play account says I have no connections. My XBOX Game Pass account has EA Play listed as "Manage." When I press on the manage button is simply refers me to EA where of course it indicates no accounts are linked. So until this can be fixed I cannot play any EA games.

    Hi GILBWANG,

    What sort of error message are you getting when trying to play the game? Is this a disc copy of the game, or downloaded via the EA Sports Season Pass (digitally)?

    You'll need to be a bit more specific with what's going on before someone can help you out.

    Hi, I can download other game pass games on the Xbox app and Microsoft store with no problems, but when I try and download EA play games I have to use the Ea App which is where I can't download anything.

    I don't have an error code, just an error message when I try and download games on the ea app(see attached picture ).
