Need help with the crew

Iv bought the crew and it was working fine iv come to go on it today and it opens to the main menu I click continue game it starts loading then crashes and resets to the Xbox dashboard iv tried uninsalling it and re installing it but it doesn't work any
ideas what I can do . Thanks in advance

NBA 2K11 My Crew Help

So ive been playing my crew for a while now with some friends, but then we decided to create a new crew for the game. everyone leaves the crew. but everytime i try to join their crew it keeps sending me back to the old crew, and not the new crew. Need Help

press and hold the power button for 10 seconds while the console is on, unplug the console for 2 seconds, plug it back in, play the game.

 

Are you sure this will work

 

Its a troubleshooting step. If it doesn't work, there are other steps. make sure you press the power button on the console and not the controller.

 

this hasnt helped i have factory reset the xbox and it still is doing it is there anything else you could suggest

its only on that one game tho its not on any other

 

Unless you can find some other steps you can try, you would have to send it in. You can also try deleted and redownloading the game. try calling XBOX Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

there are no other steps that I can tell you unfortunately, You will have to send your console in for repair.

This guy isn't an expert. Call xbox support first. It does not sound like your console needs to go in for repair, as it is only The Crew that is the problem.

Posters shouldn't give advice if they don't know what they are doing.

 

What happens when you don't press continue, but start a new game?

Also have you tried moving your save file onto another storage device? Sounds like the save data might be corrupted or causing the issues.
