Need help with the $5 Xbox gift card promotion

Am I able to use a receipt from the Microsoft Store online to qualify for the $5 promotional offer? I made a purchase of a 12 month Xbox Live subscription via the Microsoft Store online on March 1. About a month ago, I submitted the receipt from my email
to the promotion. However, I still have not received any confirmation.

wrong amount for year subscription promotion

its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.

Elf $5 Gift Card Promotion

I ordered Elf while XBOX was having the promotion where you buy it for $4.99 and get a $5 gift card. And I have yet to receive the gift card.

I think you might have to go to FAQ on the $5 promotional Xbox Gift Card, It will have Frequently Asked Questions but what you are looking for is at the
very bottom on the page were it will say Still have a question? Please complete this form with your question or comment.
Please note: A response may take up to three business days. If you go to the box What type of issue do you have?
There are Multiple choices at your disposal, You will be able to get a
"Direct Response" from them ^_^.

Official Rules state: "During the Promotion Period, purchase an Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Xbox gift card (for $15 or more)
from a retail location (online purchases are not eligible) ("Qualified Purchase") and take a picture of your receipt ("Receipt")."
