need help with subscriptions

Hello, I had bought subscribed to Fortnite Crew about a month after it came out, and then it cancelled. It repayed, and I had it again until somewhere in April, and I was going to subscribe again when it said I already own the item. When I click "fix it now" it takes me to my subscriptions but the only ones I have that show up are the active one, xbox live and the cancelled one, xbox game pass. it doesnt show fortnite crew. it has been doing this for a few days now, i just wanted to ask for some help as i wanted to purchase this but it will not let me

Kindly try the steps below to cancel your subscription;

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

3. Navigate to the Xbox Live Subscription

4. Click "Manage".

5. Choose either "Cancel" or select "Change" below that to turn off auto-renew.

If it still doesn't work, you may need to contact Xbox Customer support directly to cancel your subscription and resolve any billing issues. They should be able to assist you in canceling the subscription and ensuring that you are not charged any further. You can find their customer support contact information at support.xbox.com/contact-us. It may also be worth checking with your bank or credit card company to ensure that you are not being charged for any additional subscriptions or services related to Xbox Game Pass.

Head over to commerce.microsoft.com, login, click subscriptions and cancel it from there.
