Need help with submitting warranty replacement for Xbox Elite Controller 2

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

My right bumper on my elite 2 is not registering 90% of my clicks I did not get a warranty and I got my controller a month ago online can you please help me

the only thing you can do is contact microsoft and submit a form to get a replacement. even if you didn't buy a warranty it should come with a 3 month warranty by default. although I've returned 8 elite 2 controllers since December so if you can get a refund
then I'd recommend that.

All Xbox accessories carry a 90-day warranty. This includes headsets, controllers, battery packs, chat keyboards, etc.

I would like to provide a reference towards a program that cover controller and console, you get up to two replacements of a standard controller or one replacement of an Elite or Elite Series 2 controller, and one replacement of the console – no deductible
required. This is the
Microsoft Complete program, but it does have some perquisites you need to meet before you can purchase it.

You can still request an
Xbox controller replacement, but this will require you to verify your controller warranty.

Used elite first gen for years and just got good at replacing broken bumpers. I had high hopes for the elite 2 but sadly my elite 2 right bumper clicks but doesnt register input most of the time after only 2 months.

submitted warranty claim, and will have them replace it - but even though i prefer the feel of the sticks and triggers on the msft controller, i am switching to razor wolverine.

not matter how good it feels if a contoller doesnt control, its worthless.
