Need help with rig 800 hx xbox headset

A friend of mine is having trouble with her rig 800 hx for xbox and we have looked on the internet for some answers and there is nothing on here about her problem, everytime she logs into multiple accounts the voice/game button messes up and when she moves the button to game sound only shes able to hear everything including people talking and when she changes it to voice chat audio you can hear evrything as well which when you change it to game audio youre not supposed to hear anything need help with this problem.

I'm using RIG 400 HX and i'm in love with this headset. Maybe in near future I'll buy RIG 800 LX

Please google the headset compatiblity. If it is a multiplatform headset pleasw plug in the head set to the controller and do a update on the controller.
If this still does not work contact the headset manufacturor.

I just want to apologize I play on both Playstation and xbox I thought it was a software issue as on Playstation I'm used to being able to switch between voice and game audio and you run into issues like this with more then one account figured it would be the same on xbox, didn't realize it was a headset feature. I honestly don't know much about this particular headset other the that it seems like a good one as I've only heard about it today. I hope someone is able to help you soon

Theyre not all signed in at the same time she logs out and then logs into the next one and then thats when that button starts acting goofy

Hi I'm an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Xbox or Microsoft.

My guess is it is due to multiple accounts being signed in at once. The solution I can think of is to set all account signed into the Xbox to game chat and see if that works.

If it doesn't work just let me know
