Need help with rewards

I am trying to redeem for microsoft points but its saying its going to directly deposit into the account where before I could just get a code. I want to get a code so I can use it on my other account as I dont really use this account anymore. Is there anyway
to get a code in your inbox anymore?

Need Help With Reward

Xbox Live Rewards had set up that if you watched 3 out of the 4 Presidential Debates you would receive the Gold Halo 4 Combat Armor for your avatar. However, my fiance and I both watched it on separate consoles and she received the code in her email for
the reward and I did not. Is there something else I need to do to receive my code? Any help is appreciated.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.
