Need help with requesting service repair order.

Hey everyone, I've been trying to get a service repair order going for my elite series 2 controller but everytime it just stalls on the shipping page leaving it in a constant loading loop. Ive tried several times on different devices and days and still
no go. My manufacturer warranty ends on the 20th and there doesnt appear to be a way I can contact an actual person for whatever reason calling or chat is unavailable for my issue? The virtual assistant is no help either, when it asks for my serial number
it says it is not in their records even though its clearly registered under my devices. Honestly, this shouldn't be so difficult to do. Anyone know how I can get in contact with an actual person who can help?

You'll need to contact supppet and they can help you set up the repair. If you're not seeing the options for phone or chat support on the contact site, change your category/topic. Billing options usually always give those options.

In that case the best option is request a repair order
If your Xbox is out of warranty you may need to pay a fee for the repair

Then you probably need to get it service, follow these steps to request the service:

Sign in to the Device service and repair page with your Microsoft account credentials.

****If your device doesn't appear, add it

Select the device that you want repaired.

Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

After Device service and repair receives your submission, they’ll send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that includes shipping or drop-off instructions.

Send in your device as soon as possible.

If you don’t ship within 30 days of your request, your service order will be canceled and the shipping label will no longer be valid. In countries or regions that offer a drop-off exchange, you must go to the drop-off center within 7 days from the date you created the order.

If you have done a factory reset and tried leaving it unplugged overnight you will need to request a repair you can request a repair here http://account.microsoft.com/devices select
your console then press Start Order under Service.
