    Need help with reporting someone


    Anyone know where I can report this as Xbox report system isn’t doing anything. He called me 2 slurs (with the xx before) and threatened to get my account banned.

    I think I have linked the picture of the messages he sent me I have reported them on xbox but nothing happens. Maybe if there is an xbox worker or someone that could help me with this please message me back in the post.

    Reporting them through their profile or through their message would be the only way to report them. After reporting them, block them.

    You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate.

    The enforcement team is not ai. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else he can do. If it's a temporary suspension he would have to wait it out.
    also for someone to act like they know enforcement and defend them you must work for either them or xbox. They choice they made will make or break them if someone from higher up doesnt get invlolved because they don't want to be sued for many reasons and
    that family deserves to do so

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If he has a suspension, he would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
    He doesn't understand certain things he already tried reviews and they always uphold the decision they do not care. The enforcement team aka computer ai is faulty
