    I received a ban on Friday(10/28/2022). THe ban lasted till 10/29 @ 10:09PM. The ban was becasue of my gamerpic which i changed that day Friday when i found out. I have since played games with friends in xbox group chat and party, then all of a sudden at 3:54 today I received the same ban that would last till 10/31/2022. I then received the same ban 20 minutes later at 4:25PM that would last till 10/31 8:25PM.

    I have received 3 bans over the same issue when i resolved the issue two days prior to receiving the bans today.

    I cant speak/get ahold of or appeal this suspension and it's extremly annoying...

    One of my suspensions just dissapeared, the suspension I receieved at 4:25 Pm.

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

    If you want to know how to submit a case review, you can use this link:

    If the suspension doesn't last more than 48 hours appealing is not possible because this is the time that the enforcement team takes to reply to your request

    Ok so that seems to be very similar to my situation... however in my instance after the first suspension I was able to complete a survey to reduce the suspension then was unsuspended then 2 hours later resuspended 7 more times with no option to reduce or
    dispute 2 hours after I was already unsuspended. Why wasnt all the suspensions at once? Why wasnt I able to dispute or reduce the other 7?

    Did they change that recently? I have been suspended before on comms with multiple messages deleted resulting in a 1 week comm suspension.

    The only way to reach out to the Xbox enforcement team is through submitting an appeal and I understand that you have already done that.
