    Hello, I would like to speak to someone about a slight issue regarding me not receiving a bonus I was supposed to get from preordering the game Forza Horizon 4. Apparently
    I was supposed to receive a code and redeem it or something to get a certain McLaren 720S Preorder car for Forza Horizon 4? I am on PC, Windows 10, and preordered Forza Horizon 4 digitally through Microsoft Store.

    25th September 2018 is the date I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 4. I still have the e-receipt. Release date was sometime at the start of October if I'm not mistaken.

    If a moderator or someone from the Xbox team sees this, could you please send me my pre-order bonus(es) codes again (if it's even possible)? I think that my xbox console companion app has cleared out all of my chat histories when it was updated previously
    or whenever. I never paid attention to the xbox console companion desktop app so never realized if I even received a message containing my pre-order bonus codes from Xbox Live or not. What I know so far is that everyone got their pre-order bonuses from redeeming
    codes delivered by "Xbox Live".

    You should have received a code to redeem in your messages directly from Xbox Live (seperate from in-game messages). Check there and see if you have a message & a code.
