    Need help with Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare


    Hello! I am a mom trying to help my son set up and play 360. I cannot get the permissions to work in Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare to allow him to click on Characters or any of the options. Can someone help?

    Does he have a gold subscription? That game is an online game. It requires a gold subscription in order to play.

    Not correct permissions on account

    If it's Plants vs. Zombies you don't need gold to play it. If it's Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, then that is an online only game so gold is required.
