Need help with not receiving pre-order bonus For the division.

i pre ordered The division digitally on 03/04/2016 and i never received the 10,000 bonus credits. i still have not received it and after talking with the support chat line they told me to come here i have copied my chat below. this is not the first time
i have not received it either. there was a bonus for Star Wars Battlefront and Forza 6 pre orders and i pre ordered all of them and never received the promised pre order bonuses. chat support confirmed i should have recieved then. imade all the requirements.

So I had pre-order cod ww 2 but i did not receive some of the pre-order bonuses i ave not receive like the zombie camo and division pack and my unlock token??

 

Never received $10 gift code for Forza Horizon 3 Pre-order offer

Hello,

I was told by the microsoft online chat help to post here regarding my issue with not receiving my $10 Microsoft Store Gift Code that was bundled with my Forza Horizon 3 order.

I have checked my xbox messages and email and i got the following:

xbox messages: code for Warthog (Halo Bonus), C63 Mercedes (Preorder bonus)

Email: Ford Mustang GT350R (Pre order bonus)

but the $10 code is missing.

Please advise, thanks!

There was not a promotion to receive 10,000 Rainbow Credits through the Xbox Store, but there was one to receive 1200 Rainbow Credits. All eligible users can download those credits from the

Tom Clancy’s The Division Pre-order Currency Pack page. Let us know if you're able to get the content from that page! Be sure you're signed into the account that made the pre-order.
