That was part of last week's Deals with Gold which ended. Deals with Gold change every Tuesday so unfortunately there would be no way to get the sale price again unless it goes on sale again.

I was looking for a deal on Astroneer for sale for $14.99 but wouldn’t allow the purchase and when it finally tried it said it cost $19.99. Any help or link would be great. Thanks

(edit the post, and remove the email)

I'd also suggest calling xbox billing to get this issue resolved
