I placed an order using my points for a $5 dominos egift card on July 23rd around 5:28 pm and It took out the 6500 points but I still have not received it and I cannot find it in my orders I have contacted twice and 2 other support teams tried to help but
they couldn't find it either here is the order number and I also have a screenshot from when I purchased as well

If you haven't done so already, you can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if your ban can be lifted, but there is no guarantee.

Otherwise, you can try contacting support again about a refund, but once you're banned you forfeit everything on your account.

Ive pre ordered 2k19 for 100$ on microsoft account balance a day before my Permant Ban and now have to soend another 100$ on a game i already bought , any way to help? ive contacted 2k and Xbox they said to contacted Each Other than xbox told me to
come here this is kinda frusturating

I have already konatkt the German support, but I was at 3 call after 10- 15 min wait then thrown out of the line. not nice. But then I'll probably call again tomorrow.
