Need help with my account

I have an issue with an administrator/perental account on my xbox. When i got my xbox i was quite young and my father set up a perental account. I played games with no trouble up to this point. I downloaded a new game called "fortnite". I was not allowed
to enter beacuse my account is a "child" account. Even though i have played other games (with 18+) that i were allowed to play. I showed my father and after 2+ hours we found out that we can no longer reset nor acces the parental account. Is there a way to
change my accounts setting from "child" to "adult" without use of the perental account? I was told to go post it here.... so please, can someone help me with this issue?

Okay ummmmm i log in successfully on my xbox account here but when i click "My Account" it says "Ive found a glitch: and i cant connect to my windows phone -_-

How can i fix this darn "glitch"

If you haven't already, you would need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation on your account. If you already have, you can try posting here to see if there is anything the enforcement team can do -

Unfortunately, even though the action may have taken place while your account was compromised, the enforcement team may not be able to lift the ban and you will need to create a new account.

no. Unless your account says you are 18 (based off of the date of birth originally entered when the account was created) then you wont be able to make it an adult account until it is.

But bro. If something can be done to ban it, something can be done to reverse it. Something such as this shouldn't be stricken with such harsh consequences. My friend meant no bad intentions, and I've let people use my account for years, and nothing of this magnitude has occurred. This is complete bs, this is someones life, history, and job you can't just ban it with no motivation to understand the reality of the situation. If you check back to the seal video of the bin Laden compound you'll see the man had an xbox 360. You're telling me that a man responsible for thousands of deaths didn't receive a permanent ban, but a college kid aspiring to work for Microsoft after graduation can't get his account back over some locker room talk that his friends did on his account??? Real professional.

There is no one to talk to.The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review,which you have already done.If the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

Support can not do anything about enforcement actions & the enforcement team don't have an email address to contact them.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it & you've found out the hard way why you never let anyone else use your account.

It really does not make a difference who or why a complaint was filed...it is a violation of the TOU to use any "iilegal" words. When you sign up for live, "free speech" is gone...forget about comics, newspapers, etc. The Consitution does not apply. You
signed all that away when you joined. You will just have to change your motto.
