Need help with my account that got permanently banned with all my digital games in it

I already did all of that my account got a permanent ban, and I'm just trying to get my game back

He spammed with ramdoms account while my account was signed in. (The day before i got permanent ban).

I just need help and once again i apoligize for what happened.

digital refund form Yes it is says the items will be removed but they wasnt and i receive a permanent ban on all the account on my xbox the i did get perma ban on is on that doesnt matter

I let my cousin use my Xbox account for gold and games for gamerscore and the thing is she got banned on all of her accounts and my Xbox account was banned

Lending out your account, signing into accounts that you do not own, and/or sharing your account's login information are all against the TOS and can lead to permanent bans.
