    Need help with killer instinct ultra edition but I already have combo breaker


    I want to get the ultra edition pack for killer instinct ... It's worth 40$ ... However I already own the combo breaker pack which is 20$ ... When I go to buy the ultra edition why do I have to pay 40$ for the pack when I own the combo breaker.. The ultra
    edition pack contains the combo breaker add on with other incentives that come with the ultra edition.. I just don't feel that I should pay full price for the pack when I already contain a part of it which is the combo breaker ad on. I shouldnt pay 60 bucks
    altogether if I were just to buy ultra edition when I already own the combo breaker ad on.. I feel like I should just be able to pay 20$ more to get the ultra edition. Not pay full price of 40$. i want to know if I can a reimbursement into my account in
    a such a way where would I only have to pay just 20$ to get the ultra edition since I already own a part of it with the combo breaker ad on... Please help,.

    Upgrading Killer Instinct to Ultra-Edition

    My son bought Killer Instinct - Combo Breaker for the latest season. He's now wanting to upgrade to Ultra-Edition, which includes the Combo-Breaker pack plus gives him the early access (which is what he wants it for).

    Is it possible to upgrade, or does he have to buy the full ultra-edition price? Would be nice if he didn't have to pay twice for the stuff he already bought.

    Problems Upgrading from Killer Instinct Combo to Killer Instinct Ultra

    I bought the $20 version of Killer Instinct at launch. Now I want to get the Killer Instinct Ultra edition for the new costumes, and original Killer Instinct. But the Ultra Edition costs $40. I don't want to pay for the content of KI Combo Edition twice.
    Is there a way I can get the KI Ultra Edition for $20? Or is there a patch coming for this?

    I think your best bet would be to phone support, they would be able to help you with any reimbursement for you, if they can.

    Well. I was on an online chat with an agent last night and he told me he completely agrees with my point. However he says on his end he can't do a reimbursement however reffered me to this forum to explain my case.. I asked him if I was able to reach anyone
    by phone about this case. He said no and says post your case on here and wait for a moderator to respond to this situation. I will take your advice stuart a true red and phone 4MYXBOX when I get out work today
