    Need help with issues regarding ARK ascended DLCs


    Hi, I recently bought the new DLC for ArkAscended Astraeos. I downloaded the DLC but whenever I try to play it the game tells me I don’t own the map and try’s to send me to buy it again. When I click accept it tells me I already own the content and I need to download it. I’ve tried uninstalling the DLC and reinstalling it and I’ve tried just uninstalling the whole game but nothing seems to work. How can I fix this

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    Ark Survival Ascended - "DLC not installed" - Microsoft Community

    You may need to wait for an official update to install the DLC content normally.

    And you can try to uninstall and install it on the Microsoft Store/Xbox different programs to see if it works.

    ARK: Survival Ascended is a "Play Anywhere" game, meaning you'll have the exact same progress on Xbox console and Xbox PC using the same account.
