Need help with gamerpics

Hey there Gray1375,

To put it simply, if you're on a child account you won't be able to use this feature. You'll need to wait until you reach the age of majority in your country before you'll be able to upload a custom gamerpic.

Hi Jason B, my name is Courtney and I would be happy to help.

After doing some research on this problem I found that if an image does not pass the review process there is no way to force the system to accept the image, so I would like to know if when you place a default Xbox photo it is changed with normal or is the same thing happening?

Several users also comment that the image should be changed using the Xbox application that is available for both Android and iOS since in this way several have managed to solve this problem and changed their photo successfully, you can check this information in the following link :

Hey there Hal! I've been playing around with the Gamerpics menu and from what I can see, manually picking a Gamerpic from that menu will always need to be done for each one (public and personal). The only way I can find to update both at once is by taking
an Avatar Gamerpic from the Avatar Editor. This will replace both Gamerpics.
