Need help with finding my email for a stolen account

i cant recover my account. idont know the parental password nd neither does the parent cuz the email was stolen.. i just need some help, what do i do?

doesnt work its saying my account doesnt exist thats not possible and when am trying create my account whitch was stolen its saying is connected with different email i have few games and 1 game i bought via steam i can show you achievements i got if it helps
