Need Help with Exo Zombies

Same here, just paid 300 bucks here in Brasil for the game and the season pass, and they are playing me dummy

Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

You need to download the Havoc DLC for Exo Zombies to work

 

Xbox One Cons - Controller is the Worst

Zombies in BO3 are way better than exo zombies

 

The only answer i got when asking the suport was: "we are having troubles with call of duty"

 

This is BS. I love paying for something that does not work.

 

Man, just dont even say this, i am really *** off with this BS. Here in Brasil the games are reeealy expensive, and now to get better it wont even work.

 

mosesbadmofo fix does work my hubby & 4mates just did it but you have to make sure its exact & you have downloaded the system update patch, the compatability patch & then the havoc dlc

fix - 1= exit the game but stay signed into your gamer profile (DONOT TURN XBOX OFF)

2= UNPLUG your router so it cuts off internet

3= go back into game menu click on zombies - a video will play (watch it in full)

4= plug internet router back in & sign back into XBOX Live click on zombies in menu again & it will let you play

My exo zombies is stil broken even after re downloading season pass compatibility pack and dlc gettin stress mp maps work but no zombies

Im with Xbox, Currently there is an issue going on with this DLC

basic TSS:

DELETE THE SEASON PASS (IF OWNED )

CLEAR SYSTEM CACHE 3X

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE

POWER CYCLE ROUTER/MODEM

REMOVED PROFILE

REDOWNLOAD PROFILE

REINSTALL THE CONTENT

AND IT SHOULD WORK FOR YOU IF STEPS ABOVE DON'T WORK PLEASE CONTACT support.activision.com

If you are using xbox one

TSS:

games and apps

located call of duty

press start / the menu button that has 3 lines where the start button is

uninstaill season pass

hold power button down for 20sec constantly

then power on console

log into your profile ,

reset you modem/router

test the network connection

reinstall season pass

and it should work as well IF STEPS ABOVE DON'T WORK PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT

How do you POWER CYCLE CONSOLE and

POWER CYCLE ROUTER/MODEM

 

No need to unplug router or power cycle console.

An easier workaround is to sign out of your profile

Then sign in or create an offline profile(Do not connect it to Live)

Load up exo zombies with the offline profile. Once you are in the exo zombies menu sign out of offline profile then sign back into your xbox live profile. You can new play exo zombies as normal.
